Brett Cooper Tokyo

Brett joined Hakluyt in 2023.

Before Hakluyt, he had a long career with the Australian government as a senior trade diplomat, primarily based in Japan and Korea. He has also worked in strategy consulting in Japan, Australia and the US for McKinsey & Co and Bain & Co.

Brett has law degrees from Kobe University and Seoul National University.
