Chris Inglis Washington, DC

Chris joined Hakluyt in 2023 and is an adviser to Hakluyt.

He previously had a distinguished career across the US military and government, including serving as deputy director of the National Security Agency and, latterly, as his country’s first national cyber director. In this role, he led work on President Joe Biden’s National Cybersecurity Strategy.

Chris has received numerous awards for public service, including the President’s National Security Medal, the US Air Force Distinguished Service Medal, and three Presidential Rank Awards.
