Michiyo Kasai Tokyo

Michiyo joined Hakluyt in 2025.

Before Hakluyt, she spent 17 years at Mitsubishi Corporation, where she specialised in commercial and investment activities within the oil and gas industry, working across its offices in Tokyo, Singapore, Jakarta and London. Subsequently, she led business development for a climate-focused start-up based in Japan.

Michiyo is a graduate of Keio University.
