Oliver Perry London

Oliver joined Hakluyt in 2025.

Before then, he spent 12 years as a civil servant, advising UK cabinet ministers on national security and foreign policy issues, and developing stakeholder engagement strategies in the Home Office, Cabinet Office and National Crime Agency.

Oliver is a graduate of King’s College London.
