Shira Fox London

Shira joined Hakluyt in 2018 and serves as the company’s general counsel.

Prior to Hakluyt, she practised law at WilmerHale in London, where she specialised in cross-border corporate transactions, as well as governance and securities law compliance matters. She began her legal career in New York.

Shira is a member of the New York Bar and a qualified solicitor.
