Matthew Winters Washington, DC

Matt joined Hakluyt in 2019 and co-established our office in Washington, DC in 2021.

Before Hakluyt, he worked for seven years at a boutique law firm advising healthcare companies on legal, regulatory and public policy matters.

He previously served in several US government roles, including in the White House as deputy special counsel to the president and as chief operating officer of the Department of Energy’s clean energy investment fund.
