Henry Bell Abu Dhabi & Dubai

Henry joined Hakluyt in 2022.

Before Hakluyt, he worked in Beijing for ten years, initially as a UK diplomat and then from 2015 at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), where he established many of the AIIB’s core systems and functions. Earlier in his career, he worked for the UK Treasury.

Henry is a graduate of King’s College London and has an MBA from Tsinghua University in Beijing. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
