Nicholaus Mills New York

Nicholaus joined Hakluyt in 2026.

Prior to Hakluyt, he clerked for Justice Kavanaugh on the Supreme Court of the United States, Judge Willett on the Fifth Circuit, and Judge Kovner on the EDNY. He also served as a senior litigation associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, and a corporate associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.

Nick holds a JD/MBA from Cornell University, where he graduated first in his class.
